Kamal Singh Chauhan and Jatin Joshi, both securing 496/500 (99.20%), jointly topped the Class 10 examination. In Class 12, Anushka Rana claimed the top spot with a remarkable 493/500 (98.60%) marks. The top scorer for Class 10, Kamal Singh Chauhan, and his peer, Jatin Joshi, both secured 99.20% marks, a remarkable feat. Kamal hails from Vivekanand Vmic Mandalsera, Bageshwar, while Jatin is from HGS SVM IC Kusumkhera, Nainital. The second position in the state was claimed by Kanaklata, a student from SVM IC New Tehri, Tehri Garhwal, with an outstanding 495 marks, or 99%. The joint third position was shared by three bright students: Divyam, Priya, and Deepa Joshi, who scored 494 marks, equivalent to 98.80%.

• Honours and divisions: A total of 12,439 students passed with honours in Class 10, while 7,575 students secured honours in Class 12.
