The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has declared the results of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 today, Tuesday, August 19. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now access their results on the official portals — natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in.The NEET PG 2025 examination comprised 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each with four possible responses. Candidates were required to select the most appropriate answer from the given options. The exam carried a negative marking system, deducting 25 percent of marks for each incorrect response, while unattempted questions did not attract any penalty.The test was conducted exclusively in English, with a total duration of three hours and thirty minutes.While the results have been declared today, NBEMS has notified that individual scorecards will be available for download from August 29, 2025. Candidates will need to log in using their registered credentials to access their scorecards.

NEET PG result 2025: Category-wise cut-offs released
In line with the minimum qualifying and eligibility criteria for admissions to MD/MS/DNB/DrNB (Direct 6 Years Courses)/PG Medical Diploma programmes, NBEMS has released the cut-off scores:
- General/EWS: 50th percentile – 276 marks (out of 800)
- General PwBD: 45th percentile – 255 marks (out of 800)
- SC/ST/OBC (including PwBD of SC/ST/OBC): 40th percentile – 235 marks (out of 800)
