The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the 3rd merit list for admission to Intermediate (Class 11) courses in government and affiliated schools across the state for the academic session 2025–27. Students who applied through the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) can now check their status on the official website — ofssbihar.in.Earlier, the first and second merit lists were issued on 06.06.2025 and 15.07.2025 respectively. Now, the third merit list is released on July 28, 2025, and selected students can take admission until July 31, 2025.
How to check BSEB 3rd merit list 2025
Follow these simple steps to access the 3rd merit list online:
- Visit the official website: ofssbihar.in
- Click on “Student Login” on the homepage.
- Login using your Mobile Number or User ID and Password.
- After logging in, the 3rd Merit List PDF will appear or download automatically. It includes your seat allotment based on preferences and merit.
- Search for your name or application number.
- Download and print for future reference.

What’s next for students?
• Download your Intimation Letter from the OFSS portal before visiting the allotted institution.• Bring required documents (Intimation Letter, Original Certificates, Migration Certificate, etc.) during admission.• You must pay the admission fee at the institution.Important Note: Students who were not selected in the First/Second List but have been allotted a seat in the Third List must take admission within the given dates. Those not satisfied with the allotted institution can apply for Slide Up (higher preference institution). If still not selected in any list, students can wait for the Spot Admission round to be held after August 1, 2025.
