Social media star RJ Mahvash, who raised eyebrows among netizens after her appearance with cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal at the Champions Trophy Final, has further fuelled dating rumours with her regular presence at Punjab Kings‘ matches in this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL).
RJ Mahvash was recently seen with Chahal before the match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings at the Chandigarh airport.
A video of them boarding the team bus with other Punjab Kings teammates has gone viral.
Exiting the Chandigarh airport alongside other team members, the rumoured couple, Yuzvendra and Mahvash, were captured in a video shared on Instagram, appearing happy as they headed towards the team bus.
Yuzvendra Chahal’s personal life has been under scrutiny following his recent separation from influencer and choreographer Dhanashree, whom he married in 2020 and officially announced their split on March 20, 2025.

Amidst this, dating rumours involving Chahal and Mahvash have been circulating online for several months. Mahvash has frequently been seen supporting Chahal’s team, the Punjab Kings, during the IPL 2025 season. Following a notable performance by Chahal in Mohali, Mahvash publicly praised him with a selfie, referring to him as “a talented man.”
Adding fuel to the speculation, Mahvash attended a Punjab Kings match in Chandigarh last week and shared numerous pictures from the stadium. One image captured her enthusiastic cheering, while another was a selfie alongside Yuzvendra Chahal, further intensifying the dating buzz. She accompanied the selfie with a supportive message, to which Chahal responded warmly, calling them his “spine.”
After a slow start to the tournament, Chahal has registered two back-to-back match-winning performances for the Punjab Kings. The 34-year-old has picked up 8 wickets in seven matches so far.
After dismantling Royal Challengers Bengaluru at their home turf on Friday, a high-flying Punjab Kings unit will look to complete a season double when the two teams clash again in Match 37 of IPL 2025 on Sunday in New Chandigarh.
